Built from our own operational pain
In 2014, while coordinating engineering delivery across time zones between India and the United States, we experienced firsthand how difficult it was to keep tabs on project hours, prevent team burnout, and keep client margins intact without intrusive surveillance.
Out of that daily pain, we engineered DeskTrack. What started as an internal tool to manage our own client work blossomed into a flagship enterprise workforce intelligence platform. Today, our SaaS products have been running continuously in production for 10+ years — fully bootstrapped with zero outside VC funding.
